Welcome to Auxio Jukebox ("Auxio", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Auxio Jukebox mobile application, website, and related services. By downloading or using Auxio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Auxio. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Auxio Jukebox allows users to collaboratively queue and control music and video playback across supported devices and streaming services.
Certain features may require internet access, supported hardware, or third-party accounts such as Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.
Some features require creating an account or signing in through a third-party provider.

Auxio does not own or license music made available through Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or other connected services.
Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, subscriptions, and licensing requirements.
Auxio is not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by any third-party provider.
Hosts may invite guests to add songs or videos to a shared queue.
Hosts are responsible for moderating their sessions and may remove guests or content at any time.
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
The Auxio application, logos, branding, software, interface, graphics, and related content are the property of Auxio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create or submit.
By submitting content, you grant Auxio a non-exclusive license to display, process, and distribute that content solely for operating the service.
Your use of Auxio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued without notice.
Auxio is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auxio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Auxio harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms Auxio, other users, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
